Yes, we have rich experience in this area, and we have stable suppliers and have done large quantities of orders before.

How long for an ODM project?

Typically takes 3-5 months, depending on the complexity of the project. We will speed up every step as quickly as possible, from ID design – fixed functions and software – functional prototype confirmation – lower mold sample approval, until final MP and shipment

How about the cost calcuated for ODM Project?

  2. Mass production period

Note: The specific time depends on the project, usually two time periods.

Can you accept price lower or discount if bigger qty?

Yes we can. Please send the inquiry quantity, we will carefully check the cost and provide the best quotation

How about the after sales service? And quality warranty?

We usually provide one year warranty. But if you have special requirements, we can also extend the warranty for 2 years as strong support

For OEM orders, what is the MOQ for product and Package?

Normally 1000 pieces. If you hold less than 1000 pieces, please contact us and we need to check if we only have the material in stock.

How you gurantee your Quality？

Materials 100% incoming inspection, finished products 100% aged and inspected according to international standards AQL Major 1.0 Minor 2.5

How long for the order delivery?

Delivery time is usually 25-35 days, 20-30 days for repeat orders.

Will you help to design the artwork?

Do you accept SKD orders?

Yes we can. And we did a lot of it.

How do you guarantee PCBA design quality?

We have EVT,DVT,PVT,MVT verification’s,each stage,we would sent samples to customers to test and feedback as well;

What is your PCBA design and verification process?

– Requirement evaluation

For the panels, do you keep some stocks when price down and ensure your price more favorable? How about the panel quality?

Yes, normally, we will keep approx 10K pannel always in our warehouse. And we used panel all based on brand new Grade A panels.

For ROHS materials? How do you control full 100% complianced from materials till finished MP?

We required our suppliers all materials must be ROHS fully meeted, and when arrive us, Our QC will check by scan ROHS equipment, when put in mass productions, we ensure we used soldering iron tools no poluted. Till finished complete product, we will scan again the ROHS passed or not.

What is payment term and currency?

TT or LC at sight. And currencty is USD.
